The Australian Gold®, Swedish Beauty® and Caribbean Gold® training division headed by Scott Eggers, Senior Trainer and Sarah Russell, Salon Trainer has been successfully holding a “Train the Trainer Bootcamp.” According to Tracy Ring, National Director of Sales, “Salon sales have increased up to 50% after salon employees go through one of the Australian Gold lotion trainings. Our “Bootcamp” is aimed at training one key employee in each store to have the skills to train other employees, especially seasonal and part-time workers that may other wise not have the opportunity.” This bootcamp is for Salon Owners, Managers, Employees, and Distributor Representative who are selling AG, SB and CG. The course is a 2-part session. Part one consists of an actual training course specific to our products. Part 2 is a hands on “bootcamp” that teaches trainers and managers to focus, increase retention and training techniques. These sessions are being held every other month, with the next one scheduled for August 18th.
